Hey everyone, I've been diving deep into the Russell Jay Chase case, and there's something that's been bugging me ever since I read about the location where his car was found. Fulton County is quite a bit away from where he went missing in Marietta, right? Why would his car end up there, of all places? I know it's been years, but has anyone heard about possible sightings or even rumors of Russell being seen in Fulton County around that time? I feel like this could mean he was traveling for a reason, or maybe someone else drove his car there? Could anyone local shed light on what that area was like back in '89?
