I've been following the old case of Ernest "Chick" Bolden and Oscar Rice for a while now, and something keeps bothering me about the lack of forced entry into the house. It makes me think that whoever did this was someone they trusted or at least felt comfortable enough to let in. This aspect feels so personal, and I can't imagine how this might haunt the families, knowing the killer could have been someone their loved ones knew well. It's frustrating how no arrests have been made after all these years. I wonder if there are old acquaintances of Bolden and Rice living in the area who might have insights from back then but haven't connected them to the case. Or maybe someone out there just doesn't realize they have a crucial piece of the puzzle. If you or someone you know has even the smallest detail that could be relevant, please reach out to the authorities. These families deserve answers, and any lead could make all the difference.
