Has anyone looked into the weather that night Louis Reyes went missing? November in New York can be pretty chilly, especially in the evenings. If he wandered off without proper clothing or got lost, hypothermia could have kicked in quickly. I wonder if any local hikers or residents around Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center reported seeing anyone matching his description around that time. Also, with Louis's history of wandering and appearing disoriented, could this have been a contributing factor to him getting lost further than expected? Just brainstorming here, but these small details might offer clues that were overlooked back in '89. Thoughts?
