Has anyone looked into the potential connection between Gina's disappearance and her ex-boyfriend's unsolved murder? With no arrests made in his case, it seems plausible that someone might have wanted to silence her, especially considering she was a witness. It's unsettling to think she might have been targeted because of what she knew. I wonder if the detectives at the time followed up on all leads regarding this angle. If anyone has more insight or remembers anything from that time, it might be worth revisiting this part of her tragic story. Who knows what new information could come to light now that so much time has passed.
