Hey all, I just came across something interesting that's been bugging me about the Rex Casper case. So, I'm focusing on the sand found on the driver's side floor of his van. It's just so odd, right? Casper was known for keeping his van really tidy, making the sand seem out of place. Could this mean he met someone at a beach or a similar environment before his van was abandoned?
I wonder if any local parks or beaches in Norfolk were searched, or if any witnesses saw something unusual around those areas? Also, what’s the deal with the cigarettes? Casper didn’t seem like a smoker, so were they from someone else he met that morning?
Anyone familiar with Norfolk know if there were areas with sandy surfaces frequented by folks at the time? Or does anyone think the sand could've been placed there intentionally to mislead? Very curious to hear everyone’s thoughts on this angle!
