Hey everyone, I recently stumbled upon Kristi Gwen O'Pry's case while diving into some unsolved disappearances. It's just mind-boggling that after Mickelson's chilling confession, they still haven't found any trace of Kristi's remains. It makes me wonder if he wasn't fully honest about where he left her. Could there be more we aren't seeing here with locations? Maybe somewhere less obvious or frequented? Also, I can't help but think about how Kristi's sister must have felt that night, being one of the last people from her family to see her. Did Kristi say or do anything out of character when they visited? I feel like family interactions in these cases can sometimes hold more insights than we realize. If anyone has come across similar cases where confessions were made but evidence was scarce, I'd be interested to hear how those played out. Maybe there's something in those patterns or methods that could prompt new directions for investigators here.
I’ve been thinking about Kristi’s case and something doesn't sit right with me about the timeline. Why would someone wait four whole days to report her missing? I know everyone processes worry differently, but four days seems like such a long time for a mother who didn’t come back to her child. It makes me wonder if there were other factors involved that we don’t yet know about—maybe tensions or situations in her personal life that haven't been discussed publicly. And what about Mickelson's claim of dropping her off at South Park Mall? Did anyone actually see them there? It feels like there are parts of this story that are just big gaps. Does anyone have any theories about what else might have been going on with her before that day she disappeared?
Just read something fascinating about this case that I've been following for ages. So Kristi was never officially reported missing until FOUR whole days after she disappeared? By her boyfriend, no less! ? Why did it take him so long? Did he think she'd turn up somewhere, or was he just that out of touch? Seems odd to me, especially since she left behind her little girl. It makes me wonder if those days could've uncovered crucial clues that are now long gone. And what's really bizarre is Mickelson's behavior. I mean, refusing a polygraph and being involved in another murder case... it all feels too convenient. Anyone here with insight on why it took so long to report her missing? Or has there been any new tech that might help law enforcement in such situations today? Curious about everyone’s thoughts on these delays in missing person cases!
