Hey everyone, I've been following Rene Olivera's case for a while now, and something that stands out to me is the red and black checkered coat he was wearing. New York City is so diverse in terms of style, but that coat seems quite distinctive. I'm wondering if anyone else thinks it's possible someone might have remembered seeing him that day or even spotting the coat in another context. I was thinking it might be worth checking whether any local thrift shops or shelters might have come across something like it afterward, just in case it ended up there. I know it's probably a long shot after all these years, but you never know what small detail could help jog someone's memory or open a new lead. Thoughts?
