Has anyone else found it odd that Eugene Caston's clothing was discovered so far away from where he was last seen? Finding his items near Exit 169 on I-95 in Florence County, SC, leaves me wondering if he might have been traveling with someone else. How did his belongings end up there with no other trace? It's like there's a huge gap in the timeline of his disappearance. Could this mean he reached South Carolina on his own, or is there a possibility that someone else might have discarded his clothes there to throw off the investigation? This part of the case always stood out to me and continues to baffle. Thoughts?
Has anyone else noticed the strange details around where Eugene Caston's clothes were found? I-95 is such a major thoroughfare, and being near an exit makes me wonder if he was planning to meet someone there or if something happened suddenly. It's baffling to think clothes could end up there without someone else's involvement, especially considering his medical condition. Could it be that someone he knew, or maybe even a stranger, used this busy area to throw off any leads? It's hard not to speculate when there’s so little information to go on. What do you guys think about this angle? Curious if anyone's come across similar cases where items were strategically left behind.
