Does anyone know much about Security Circle in McMinnville around the time Ramona disappeared? I've been trying to piece together exactly what happened and where, and I’m curious if anyone has any insights. Was it a busy area or more isolated back in 2001? It seems strange to me that someone could vanish so quickly after leaving the jail if it was a place with a lot of people around who might have seen something. On forums, I've seen discussions on other places in McMinnville but not much about Security Circle itself. Any thoughts or local knowledge would be appreciated, especially if it might shed light on why she didn't take any of her belongings with her.
