Has anyone looked into the possibility of surveillance footage from October 2002 along her likely travel route? I know it was a long time ago, and the technology wasn't as widespread as it is now, but maybe some old tapes could still be around. Even grainy footage could provide a clue about her movements after she called from Greenwood. I feel like checking both small businesses and gas stations she might have stopped at could turn up something, no matter how small. Sometimes those overlooked details become game-changers in cases like this. What do you all think? Worth a try, or just grasping at straws?

It's puzzling how both Chassity and her car seemed to vanish without a trace, especially considering they were on a major route. I keep coming back to her choice of travel path. Wasn't the route from Greenwood to Scooba fairly traveled and should have had more witnesses? I’m curious if there was any construction, detours, or anything unusual going on at that time along her intended route. More eyes on the road might have caught something, right? Also, with such a distinct car, you’d think someone would’ve spotted it. I wonder if they ever considered foul play at a rest stop or gas station. It only takes a moment for something to go wrong, and those places aren’t always the safest, especially when traveling alone. Just hoping someone somewhere remembers seeing something, even after all these years. Thoughts?
