Hey everyone, I’ve been following Wade Andrew Borthwick’s case and something has been on my mind. Considering his health issues and transient lifestyle, have any of you considered the possibility that he sought medical attention somewhere and his identity just got lost in the system? Hospitals and clinics don’t always catch these things if someone doesn’t have ID or can’t communicate well. And knowing Wade used to contact food banks and missions, it’s possible he reached out for medical help too. It makes me wonder if there’s any way to cross-reference missing persons with unidentified patients in hospitals. It feels like there could be a missing link hiding in plain sight, perhaps even somewhere between California and Oregon. Thoughts?
