I've been thinking a lot about Omar Martinez and other unsolved homicides in Philly. With so many cases still open from 2010, it's got to be really hard for the families who just want answers and some sense of closure. I can't imagine the pain they go through daily, wondering what happened and if they'll ever find out who was responsible. It’s also frustrating to see that despite the police efforts, these crimes remain unsolved. I'm curious about how the community can come together more effectively to provide the support and information needed to help solve these cases. It feels like everyone, from local residents to authorities, needs to collaborate more. If people are afraid to speak up, how can we create safer channels or more reassurance that they'll be protected? Sending thoughts to Omar’s family and everyone else impacted by the violence during that time. If there's anything we can do to help push these cases forward, we should definitely try.
