I've been reading through the posts about Lynn Dale Bell, and one thing that really stands out to me is how senseless and devastating this act of violence was. I can't stop thinking about the fact that he was just a teenager, waiting for a bus, probably looking forward to his day like any other kid. The crime didn't just take Lynn away from his family and friends; it left his entire community grieving and looking for answers.
It's also so sad to think about the young girl who was injured and had to endure such a traumatic experience. I wonder if she has ever spoken about it and how she's doing now, years later. Hopefully, she has found some form of peace and healing over time.
