Has anyone looked into the possibility of a mistaken identity angle in the Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone case? I know it's a bit out there, but strangers becoming victims in a hit meant for someone else isn't unheard of. The fact that their disappearance seems so well-orchestrated, yet with no immediate suspect or motive, just seems off. If it were a murder-for-hire, could it be that someone else was the intended target driving a similar-looking truck? I'm really curious if the FBI has ever explored this. Anyone have any thoughts or know if this angle has been publicly discussed before?
