I've been digging into the Tara Grinstead case again, and something I can't wrap my head around is the whole latex glove situation. I mean, what was it doing in the yard? It doesn't seem like it fits quite right with the rest of the crime scene. If Ryan Duke was truly the one who committed the crime alone, why would there be such a careless piece of evidence left behind? You'd think if he planned it well enough to break in unnoticed and do what he did, he'd be more careful not to leave something so obvious as a latex glove. It almost seems like it was purposely left there to throw off suspicion or maybe it got there in some unrelated way that we just can't see yet. What are everyone else's thoughts on this? For a case to go unsolved for so long, could it be that such an overlooked detail is a key piece or just a red herring? It's baffling and makes you wonder what else might have been overlooked.
