Troy's case caught my attention because of the truck and where it was found. That apartment complex in Baton Rouge has always had a bit of a reputation. I wonder if someone there saw or knows something that hasn't come to light. With the LSU decals on the truck, you'd think it would stand out. Maybe someone recognized it when it was parked there? It's strange how nothing more has been uncovered after all these years. It's like he vanished without a trace once the truck was found. Did he have ties to Baton Rouge that could provide clues, or is this all just a grim coincidence?
