Did anyone else see that Melanie's car was left behind, but her purse and phone were missing? I find that really odd. If she had intended to leave on her own, wouldn't she have taken her car at least? It seems like she left the house planning to come back soon. I just can’t wrap my head around it. I wonder if it suggests she might’ve trusted whoever she left with. Maybe that person knows more than they’ve let on? This case keeps me up at night, thinking about all the possibilities. Anyone have thoughts on this angle?
