Hey everyone, Does anyone else find it strange that Walter "Tom" Smith's Daewoo was found on the north side of Franklin, but he had no known connections there? It's been bugging me ever since I read about it. For those not familiar, Franklin and Edinburgh aren't that far apart, but they're definitely not places most people would just randomly leave their car unless they had a reason. If Walter had been heading there deliberately, he would’ve mentioned it to someone, especially given how big a moment the restaurant opening was for him. Could there be someone he knew in Franklin that we're all missing, or maybe someone from that area involved in his disappearance? Just trying to connect the dots here. Maybe it's nothing, but this detail feels like a clue that could lead somewhere. Anyone have any thoughts or similar cases they've seen before?

Has anyone looked into the timeline around the opening of Walter's Family Restaurant? It's always struck me as odd that Walter disappeared so close to such a major event in his life. The stress of a restaurant launch, especially after inheriting money, could have attracted the wrong kind of attention. Maybe someone saw an opportunity there? I'm curious if investigators have dug deep into business dealings or rivalries Walter might have had during this time. It just feels like there might be a missing link between those last days in the mobile home community and his car being found in a completely different area. Thoughts?
