Did anyone else find it unusual that Kelly left behind her $2,000 tax refund check? I mean, that's a significant amount of money, especially for a college student. If she had planned to leave voluntarily, wouldn't she have taken it with her? It's also odd that she left all her personal belongings. It makes me wonder if someone she knew convinced her to leave quickly, or maybe something unexpected happened. I'm curious if the check was ever cashed or if there were any attempts to access her bank account after she disappeared. Could give us more clues about what might have happened. Still hoping for a break in the case after all these years. Thoughts?
