Has anyone else looked into the hitchhikers that were last seen with Fred Donald Miller? I've been digging around, and it seems like they could be a crucial piece of the puzzle. It's strange that they've been identified by authorities but their names haven't been released to the public. I can't help but wonder if they might have had warrants or past criminal records that would give law enforcement a reason to keep their identities under wraps. Given the era this occurred, it probably wasn't easy to track people down, but are there any articles or records from the late '60s that might shed some light on their potential backgrounds? Maybe someone in the community has more local insight or family stories that might point to who these hitchhikers really were. Just trying to find any lead to keep Fred's case in the light and hopefully bring some answers to his family.
