Has anyone else noticed how strange it is that Gilbert never reported Kathaleen missing? It's disconcerting that her father and daughter-in-law had to take that step five days later. You'd think a husband would be more concerned, especially given her health conditions. Not to mention, those supposedly signed documents to seize their property—years after she vanished—are just too convenient. With all the inconsistencies and the lack of cooperation from Gilbert, it’s baffling that this remains unsolved. What do you all think about the phone call Kathaleen's daughter received? That’s got to be one of the most haunting parts of this whole case. The scream before the call cut off is chilling... Does anyone else think this could be a critical piece that’s been overlooked?

Has anyone else looked into the actions of Gilbert Charles Hine following Kathaleen’s disappearance? It’s a massive red flag that he never reported her missing and took control of their property using questionable documents. Given the turbulent circumstances, it seems bizarre that he wouldn't be more proactive in finding his wife. What's even more suspicious is the lack of cooperation from him with investigators over the years. Perhaps someone local to Parrish at the time has more insight into Gilbert's behavior or reputation in the community back then? His actions feel too calculated to be coincidental, especially with the dodgy property dealings. Does anyone know if there's more background on his possible motive?
