I was digging through some old cases and came across the disappearance of William Denzel Newman Jr., who vanished back in January 1980 from Slidell, LA. He’s a Navy vet and went by Richard sometimes. It's been over 40 years, and there's still no solid lead on what happened to him. One thing that really stands out to me is this speculation about him possibly heading to Lacombe afterward, but there’s nothing solid to back that up. Does anyone know why Lacombe came up in the conversation at all? Was there a connection there, or was it just a random guess? It’s so frustrating to see cases like this with so little information after so many years.
