I've been following Carl Joseph Burgess's story for a while, and I can't stop thinking about the impact on his daughters. Losing a father in such a violent and senseless way must be incredibly difficult for them. It's devastating to know that they have to grow up without their dad, who obviously loved them so much. Valerie's efforts to keep Carl's memory alive and push for answers show such strength, but it must be exhausting to continually face the uncertainty and frustration over the lack of arrests. Does anyone know if there's been more public outreach or community events to help bring attention to the case? I hope that someone eventually comes forward with information that can lead to justice for Carl and some semblance of peace for his family.
