I've been diving deep into Babette Alberti's case and came across a thought that’s been nagging at me. Considering she was last seen after visiting a friend in jail, has there ever been a deep dive into her friend's connection to her disappearance? Jails have a lot of stories, and sometimes friends inside know more than they say. It seems like an overlooked angle, especially if anyone might have overheard something during her visit or any sneaky communication attempts. Also, the timing with her potentially heading to Mississippi makes me wonder if her jail visit played a part in her decision to leave town.
