Has anyone else looked into the fact that Doreen Vincent wasn't reported missing until three days after she disappeared? I find it really bizarre and concerning that such a delay happened, especially when she's only 12 years old. I get that there was a past incident where she went to her mom’s home, but wouldn’t you still reach out to check there immediately? Her dad, Mark Vincent, avoiding contacting the mom just seems like a major red flag. Can anyone here shed light on the reasoning behind not alerting authorities or Doreen's mother sooner? It feels like those crucial initial hours completely slipped away, which could have been vital for gathering evidence and getting the word out to the community to keep an eye out for her.

Has anyone looked into why the phone was removed from the house the night Doreen went missing? It’s something that’s been bugging me. I get families argue and all, but taking out the phone seems extreme, especially considering how crucial communication was back in '88. This action, combined with not contacting her mother, is really suspicious to me. Was there ever a reason given for removing the phone? Also, would love to hear thoughts on how this might have impacted the early days of the investigation when every minute counted.
