Has anyone else been curious about the route Melissa might have taken that night? I’ve been looking at old maps, and there are quite a few side streets she could have used to get to Patricia Drive. Given that she never reached her friend’s house, could something have happened on the way? It seems odd that she would leave her purse and paychecks behind, almost like she intended to come back. I know it's been a while, but does anyone remember if those streets had enough lighting back in '92? Maybe someone saw or heard something. Just thinking out loud here, it’s maddening how someone can vanish into thin air. Anyone local with insight about the area during that time?
