I was browsing through the details about Blake Wade Pursley's disappearance, and something caught my attention that hasn't been discussed much here. Has anyone looked deeper into the role of CEDU School in all this? From what I've read, CEDU had a controversial reputation and methods that some former students have described as traumatic or intense. If Blake was homesick and possibly struggling with the program, could that have influenced his sudden disappearance? It makes me wonder if the environment might have prompted him to try and leave in a hurry or whether the staff missed any signs of distress. It's unsettling to think about a 14-year-old in such a situation. I’m curious if there’s any more information about how the school handled his case after he went missing and their response during the initial search efforts. Does anyone here know more about the school's involvement or have similar experiences to share?
Has anyone else looked into the role of the CEDU School in Blake's case? From what I gather, CEDU had some controversial methods and might not have been the safest environment for kids, especially someone with Blake's medical needs. I'm wondering if the institutional culture there could have contributed to Blake's disappearance. Maybe he was trying to escape the environment, or it played a part in any lack of supervision the night he vanished. If anyone has more info or could point me towards resources about CEDU's past practices, it might help shed light on Blake's last movements.
