I came across something interesting about Jasen Demello's case that I thought was worth sharing. Did anyone else hear about the alias "Briggs" he might've been using at the time? I'm curious if there was ever any mention of why he chose that name or if anyone in his life knew about it. It feels like using an alias indicates he might've been trying to lay low or avoid someone/something. If this is true, it could be a significant clue that points toward what was happening in his life before he went missing. It just makes you wonder if anyone from the Bay Point area around that time remembers encountering someone using the name Briggs. Any thoughts or further insights on this aspect from others who have been following this case?
Has anyone been able to dig up any info about Jasen possibly using the alias "Briggs" before he went missing? I find it interesting because using an alias could mean he was trying to hide or start a new life. Was he known to his friends or family as "Briggs" at any time, or is this something he used only around the time he disappeared? There’s not much out there about what he was doing in the days leading up to March 1, 1996. I wonder if there are any police records or reports under that alias. It’s strange that there aren’t more leads or sightings, given his distinct tattoos and scars. If anyone has any insights or ideas on how to search old records, especially under an alias, I’d love to hear them!
