I've been diving into the Robert Donald McKinney case lately, and I can't stop thinking about the weather conditions on April 11, 1996. From what I've gathered, that spring in Clio, California, saw some unusual weather patterns, with rain and possibly flooding around that time. Could this have contributed to his vehicle ending up in the river? Maybe the roads were slick, or the water levels higher than normal. It makes me wonder if there was something on the news or weather reports back then that could shed light on the accident theory. Has anyone looked into the weather archives or any local news dailies from around that time to see if any warnings or notable incidents were reported that day?
