Robert Donald McKinney, aged 65, went missing from Clio, California, on April 11, 1996. McKinney was last seen driving in the area, but he has not been heard from since. Authorities later discovered his vehicle submerged in a nearby river, leading them to believe he may have drowned. Despite the discovery of his car, McKinney’s remains were never recovered, and he continues to be classified as a missing person.
