Hey everyone, I was browsing through Charles Thomas's case again, and something that's been on my mind is the calendar. July 19, 1996—smack dab in summer break for kids and families planning vacations. Greenwich is a pretty affluent area, and I'm wondering if any tourists were around who might've seen him? People visiting from out of town might’ve caught something locals wouldn’t notice. Maybe family who returned to Greenwich for the summer? Could be a reason why fresh eyes back then didn’t pick up anything. If anyone has connections to people who were visiting around that time, it might be worth reaching out. Just a thought!
