I've been reading up on Vanessa Dawn Smith's case, and something that's been on my mind is the condition she had, Duane's Syndrome. From what I understand, it's quite noticeable, especially when her right eye drifts inward. Could this have played a role in her disappearance? I'm wondering if someone might have recognized this distinct trait and targeted her because of it. It's so frustrating that such a unique detail hasn't led to any breakthroughs. Does anyone know if there were any specific witnesses who might have seen her around that time and mentioned her eye condition? Maybe this could provide some kind of lead or spark new interest in old testimonies. Keeping my fingers crossed for answers someday.
