I've been digging around for more information about the neighborhood where Weems disappeared, and I'm curious if anyone here knows more about what Julia Street in Florence was like back in '97. Was it a busy area with a lot of foot traffic, or more of a quiet residential street? I feel like the environment might offer some clues about whether Weems could have easily slipped away unnoticed or if someone might have seen something. Also, does anyone have insight into community events or gatherings that might have been happening around that time? Just trying to piece together what the atmosphere was like when he was last seen.
