Hey everyone, I've been following the disappearance of Billy Kerns from Asheville and I'm really trying to understand more about the potential health aspects involved here. I know they haven’t released a lot of info about his last movements, but given his age, do you think there's a chance he might be dealing with something like early-onset dementia or another health issue that could have led to him wandering off? The alerts going out suggest he's considered endangered, which makes me think a medical condition might be in play. If so, that could really change the approach needed in searches. I remember reading about similar cases where folks have just vanished, but later turned out to have some unsolved medical conditions.
