Hey everyone, I've been diving into the case of Dunn recently, and something that strikes me is the potential significance of her decision to enroll in cosmetology school in Anchorage. Given her tumultuous past, it seemed like a genuine effort to turn things around and perhaps build a life where she could eventually be in her daughters' lives. Does anyone know if she connected with classmates or teachers while she was there? Sometimes people make contacts that they might confide in or seek help from, and it could be a key aspect in understanding what was happening in her life around the time she went missing. Especially since she had managed to communicate with her family regularly despite everything, it makes me wonder if she had any other lifelines in Anchorage she was leaning on. Has anyone here ever looked into the movement of Dunn's pimp? I find it super interesting that they moved to NYC from the west coast in the '80s. Was there any specific reason for that relocation? Usually, pimps have particular territories, so it seems odd they’d just up and change coasts unless there were connections or opportunities in NYC that made it worthwhile. I'm curious if Dunn's pimp had any prior run-ins with law enforcement in NYC or any association with other groups there. It's strange because you'd think someone would have noticed when Dunn disappeared, especially if she was still under someone’s thumb while in Anchorage. Anyone have thoughts or leads on that angle?
