Hey everyone,
I've been following Quaron Highsmith's case for a while now, and something that's been bugging me is the lack of CCTV footage or eyewitness accounts. It's 2016 in a fairly busy area of Philly—surely someone saw something, right? Or maybe a nearby business had cameras?
I can't even begin to imagine what his loved ones are going through, knowing that whatever pieces of the puzzle are out there remain just out of reach. It's frustrating and so unfair that a vibrant young person can be taken away without clear answers. If there's anyone out there who might have noticed anything, even if it seems insignificant, please come forward. Tips can often build on each other to lead to a break. Thanks for letting me share my thoughts, and I hope justice prevails sooner rather than later for Quaron's family.
