Has anyone looked into the local coffee shops Felicia used to frequent in Dupont Circle? Given how often she visited, maybe someone there can recall seeing or hearing something unusual around the time she went missing. People in those places often chat with regulars, and even the smallest detail might help. Also, do we know if the police ever checked security camera footage from nearby businesses for the night of her disappearance? It might be a long shot after all this time, but you never know what might turn up. It just feels like this case deserves another look through a fresh lens.
