Hey everyone,
I've been following Robert Harper's case from the beginning, and there's one aspect that I keep coming back to—the location. The Fineview neighborhood, especially around the Allegheny Dwellings, has seen its fair share of troubles with crime. It's distressing to think about how this area has become a backdrop for such tragedies, not just for Robert, but for others in the community as well.
It makes me wonder how much the environment and circumstances played a role in what happened to Robert. I've read that the neighborhood has been struggling with safety issues, and it's so frustrating that these concerns were already present prior to the shooting. It's unsettling to think that people can't feel safe in their own homes or community spaces.
I truly feel for Robert's family and friends, who deserve answers and justice. It's tough to imagine their pain and frustration as they seek closure. I can only hope that someone will come forward with information to help the investigation. We owe it to Robert and everyone who loves him to keep this in the spotlight.
Does anyone here live in or have connections to Fineview? It would be great to understand more about what's being done to address these safety issues and see if there's any way we can support the community and efforts to solve this case.
Take care, everyone, and let’s keep pushing for answers.

I keep thinking about how Robert Edward Jr. Harper’s case seems to have slipped through the cracks. It’s scary to think that even in a community where everyone knows each other, no one has been able to come forward with solid information. It makes me wonder about the amount of fear people must be living with, and if there are witnesses who are too scared to talk. It seems like nobody should have to live with that kind of fear, and it’s disheartening that his family still has no answers. I hope we can find ways to support communities like Fineview, where people feel empowered and safe enough to speak up. This isn't just a problem for Pittsburgh; it affects so many cities. Sending strength and hope to his family and friends. ?
