Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Leonel Cruz, and it's got me thinking about the bigger issue of unresolved cases in San Francisco back in 2007. It's so frustrating to see another young life cut short with no answers for the family. I know Leonel's case isn't the only one from that time, but it seems like his story, like many others, has been lost in the shuffle of the city's violent crime surge. It makes me wonder: Are there any efforts to revisit these cases with fresh eyes or new technology? I truly hope Leonel’s family finds some answers soon. Anyone else have thoughts on this or know of any updates?
Hey everyone,
I've been following the Leonel Cruz case from 2007 and can't stop thinking about the neighborhood dynamics during that time. The rise in violent crime in San Francisco back then must have put everyone on edge, especially around July when Leonel was senselessly taken. It's unsettling to think about how people living there had to navigate their daily lives amid such uncertainty. I can't imagine the burden on Leonel's family, not only dealing with the loss but also facing the silence around the case. If anyone was around the area during that time or knows how community efforts to curb violence were shaping up, it'd be insightful to hear more. Hoping we can keep Leonel's memory alive and perhaps gather any overlooked details that could assist investigators.
