Does anyone remember hearing about Walter Brewster Strong's case? I was reading through some old articles and noticed that his car was found all the way in San Luis Obispo. I wonder what could have led him there from Santa Barbara. It's like a 90-minute drive, right? Did he have any family or friends in that area who might have been expecting him? Or maybe there was a job or appointment he had out there? I tried looking for more info, but details are scarce. If anyone knows more about his routine or why he would have been in San Luis Obispo, it could be a piece of the puzzle that's missing.
Has anyone else looked into the route between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo where Walter Brewster Strong's car was found? It seems odd to me that the vehicle turned up there, given its distance from where Walter was last seen. Are there any known accident hotspots along that stretch that could explain the abandoned car? Also, does anyone have insights on truck stops or smaller towns along the way that might not have been fully checked by investigators? Maybe someone passing through saw something back in 2004 but didn’t realize its significance at the time. Any thoughts or theories on this would be appreciated. Let's keep the discussion going and see if we can uncover anything new!
Has anyone else looked into the timeline of Walter Brewster Strong's last known movements? It's intriguing how his car ended up in San Luis Obispo, which is quite a drive from Santa Barbara. I can't help but wonder if he had any connections in that area or if something else led him there. It seems odd for him to just vanish like that with no trace aside from his abandoned Ford Taurus. Does anyone know if investigators ever explored the possibility of him meeting someone or even being coerced into traveling there? It's frustrating how little information there is, but maybe someone out there remembers seeing something… anything could help. Thoughts?
