Has anyone looked into the weather conditions around the time Scott went missing in June 2004? I know it might sound far-fetched, but sometimes bad weather can make it difficult for people living a transient lifestyle to find shelter or make it safely to their usual spots. Park Rapids isn't exactly tropical, and if there was a storm or heavy rain that day, it might have thrown off his routine or forced him to seek shelter elsewhere, possibly even out of his normal range. I wonder if anyone has tried to correlate weather records with the timeline of his disappearance? Could provide some clues or at least rule out certain possibilities. Just a thought.
