I was reviewing some details about Mary Alice Helm's disappearance, and I can't stop wondering about the location where she was last seen. Kearsage Mill Court near the Drum Forebay exit seems like an unusual area for someone to just vanish. Does anyone know if there were any surveillance cameras in that vicinity back in 2007? It’s strange to me that there wasn’t any footage available, especially being so close to the Interstate. Also, I read that the area is pretty dense woodland. Could that have played a role in limiting the search efforts? If anyone is familiar with the geography there, I'd love to hear your thoughts. It feels like there's a missing piece to this puzzle connected to the location itself.
