I’ve been thinking a lot about that reported sighting of Khoi playing basketball. Does anyone else find it odd that none of the other kids or parents who might have been around remember seeing him there? It's almost like he was there one moment and vanished the next. Could he have been with someone he knew and trusted? If that sighting was legit, it could mean he was close to home but then taken somewhere else quickly. Either way, if there's anyone who recalls being at that school or nearby on that specific day, even the tiniest detail could be helpful. This case is so puzzling, and it just feels like we're missing a crucial piece of the puzzle.
Just heard about Khoi Dang Vu's case and it's truly puzzling. The detail that's been sticking with me is the fact that Khoi's jacket and bicycle were left behind. From what I've gathered, these were almost extensions of himself and for him to suddenly leave them behind, especially given his dependence on them, feels off.
Considering that particular night, if Khoi didn’t take his essentials, could it mean he was either planning to return shortly or was taken by surprise? Yet, even in a rush, wouldn’t someone with Khoi's usual habits subconsciously grab what he feels safe with? Could there have been some familiarity or trust involved that made him leave his comfort items behind without concern?
This case is haunting, and the lack of progress makes me wonder if certain nuances of his habits and dependence on his belongings might help unlock clues about what happened or who he might have encountered that night. Thoughts, anyone?
