Hey everyone, I’ve been digging into Spencer Nicholas Karas’s case and noticed something odd about where his truck was found. The vehicle was left in an orchard near Highway 86 in Thermal, which seems like a super random location to just leave a truck. What’s curious to me is that this isn't a usual place for someone from Palm Springs to end up — it’s quite a drive, and not exactly a major hotspot for anything specific.
Does anyone know if there’s something particular about that area? Could Spencer have had a reason to be there, or is it possible he was meeting someone? It’s baffling to me why you’d leave your keys, wallet, and credit cards behind unless you intended to come back. Just throwing this out there for discussion — maybe we can find some new angle to think about!
I've been diving deep into Spencer Nicholas Karas's disappearance, and something that's been on my mind is the location where his truck was found. Why an orchard near Highway 86 in Thermal? It's not exactly a typical spot to abandon a vehicle. It makes me wonder if Spencer had any connections or reasons to be around that area. From what I've read, he was last seen in Palm Springs, which is quite a drive from Thermal. Could he have been meeting someone or maybe was he chased off the road?
It just seems like such a random location unless he had a reason to be there. I know searches were conducted, but there must be something unique about that specific area that hasn't been considered or investigated thoroughly. Anyone else think the location is crucial in understanding what might've happened to him? It's been so long and his family deserves answers.
