Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone might shed some light on something I've been pondering about the case of the person last seen around Ypao Beach, Tamuning. Does anyone know if there was any kind of community event or festival happening near Apusento Garden during early November 2008? I’m wondering if a large crowd might have been there, potentially leading to someone seeing something that day. It's one of those details that might seem trivial but could link to new info.
