Hey everyone, I stumbled upon Robert Cespedes' case recently, and it's left me thinking about the vehicles involved. It's baffling to me that after all these years, the owners of those two SUVs, especially the dark blue Dodge, haven't been identified. Portland isn't huge, and vehicles usually leave some paper trail, right? I wonder if anyone has revisited dealerships or auto repair shops from that time. Maybe someone else has come across information that seemed insignificant back then but might hold the key to solving this. It's been way too long for Robert’s loved ones to be waiting for answers. Any thoughts on this angle?
