It’s been almost 50 years since Curtis Shaw was tragically taken from his friends and family, and his murder remains a heavily debated mystery. I was reading through some old articles and came across a theory I hadn’t seen before—that Curtis might have stumbled upon something he shouldn’t have related to his alleged drug activities. It makes me wonder if this was purely about silencing him or if it could’ve been a robbery gone wrong. Why has no one come forward after all these years? It's upsetting to think of the pain his loved ones must still be feeling, not having answers or closure. People have described Curtis as a kind and outgoing person, so for his life to end so violently in his own home is just shocking. I really hope someone, somewhere, finds it within themselves to provide information that could solve this case. Could there be more to his story that isn’t obvious and hasn’t yet been explored? Would love to hear thoughts from anyone more familiar with the local scene at that time.

Has anyone ever looked into the kind of people Curtis Shaw might have been associating with before his death? It's been bothering me how drug-related activities were mentioned, but nothing has come out about his circle or any specifics. I'm curious if there were any known hangouts or common connections in that area during the '70s. I feel so much for his family and friends who have waited for answers all these years. Tulsa has changed so much since then, but here's hoping that someone who knows something will come forward, even after all this time.
