Hi everyone,
I've been following the case of Johnny Fortenberry lately, and what's been sticking with me is the sheer persistence on the part of his family and the Tulsa Cold Case Unit. Decades have gone by, yet the community and those who loved Johnny haven't given up hope. It makes me think about the importance of community assistance in cases like this. Has anyone seen anything in local publications over the years about potential new evidence or leads? Maybe there’s something that slipped under the radar that could help bring this tragic case some closure. I feel like every little piece of information, no matter how small, could be significant. Let’s keep our eyes and ears open to support the cause and help give Johnny’s family the answers they deserve after all this time.
Reading about Johnny Fortenberry's case again got me thinking about the community he lived in. The Comanche Apartment Complex... does anyone know what it was like back in the early 80s? Was it a place where people kept to themselves, or was there a strong sense of neighborly connection? I'm just wondering if someone might've seen or heard something that seemed trivial back then but could be crucial now. It’s so tragic that his murder has gone unsolved for so long, and I really feel for his family, who must be clinging to hope for justice even after all these years. If anyone has any old stories or memories about the complex from that time, it might help piece together parts of this mysterious puzzle.
Hey everyone,
I've been digging into the Johnny Fortenberry case recently, and something that intrigues me is the apartment complex he lived in. The Comanche Apartment Complex—does anyone know if it had a reputation back in the early '80s? Sometimes these places have histories that might give us clues about the people coming in and out or any incidents that were happening around the time of Johnny's murder.
It's so sad to think that Johnny was taken from his family and friends and that they still don't have answers after all these years. If anyone has any old news clippings or personal stories about the area, sharing those could be helpful. We might be able to piece together some information that hasn't been widely discussed yet.
Thanks for keeping Johnny in your thoughts and for helping keep this case alive. Every little bit helps.
Stay safe,
