Does anyone have more info on the trail David used as a shortcut to his house? I've been looking into old maps of the Issaquah area around the late 60s, trying to understand the layout better. It seems like routes and trails in that region have changed significantly due to development over the years. I wonder how remote or populated that trail might have been back then. Maybe it could shed some light on potential witnesses or areas that might have been overlooked during initial searches. If anyone has knowledge of the area or any historical insights, your input would be super valuable!

Does anyone else think it was strange how the former neighbor, who failed the polygraph, still hasn't been charged after all these years? I mean, I know polygraphs aren't 100% reliable, but failing one when you're already under suspicion seems pretty darn significant. Plus, acting "strangely" just adds another layer. Makes you wonder if there was something that investigators couldn't pin down legally, or if there's more to his behavior that we just don't know. I'm curious about what kind of evidence could’ve been overlooked or if there are any upcoming advances in forensic technology that might help revisit this angle. What do you all think might be the missing link here—or is it just a dead end?

Hi everyone, I'm doing some reading on the David William Adams case, and something struck me about the revisit in 2009. There was a former neighbor who became a person of interest at that time. He was reportedly acting suspiciously in the neighborhood back in '68, and then failed a polygraph test years later when they reopened the case. What I'm wondering is why no charges were ever filed. Was there not enough evidence, or was it more about the reliability of polygraph results? Does anyone know if he lived close enough to the trail David took that day? It seems odd that with these leads, the case still didn’t progress. I'd love to hear your thoughts or any additional details anyone might have on this angle.
