Hey everyone,
I've been reading a lot about the Deborah Spickler case, and something that's really puzzled me is the timeline of that day at Henry Park. It seems like such a busy place, even back in 1968, so I'm baffled about how no one saw anything suspicious or recorded seeing Deborah that afternoon. How is it possible that she just vanished without anyone noticing? Especially since she was with her aunt and cousins, who presumably were just steps away.
I wonder if there are any reports of strange activity around that area that day or the following days, or if there's a chance someone might remember something all these years later. It's a long shot, but sometimes just revisiting the timeline with fresh eyes can help jog memories. Keeping an eye out for any new info that might surface!

Has anyone ever come across any old photographs or media coverage from Henry Park around the time Deborah disappeared? I can't help but wonder if there might be something unnoticed in the background of a family photo or an old news segment that could offer fresh clues. It’s a long shot, but in cases like these, even what seems like a small detail can be significant. If anyone has access to archives or knows of places where these might be accessible, it could be worth a look. Also, has anyone checked into local libraries or historical societies for 1960s collections that might have been overlooked? Sometimes local resources have hidden gems. Just a thought!
I was recently reading about old cold cases from Connecticut and came across Deborah Spickler’s disappearance in 1968. What puzzles me is how someone could just vanish in a public place like Henry Park. I mean, this is a spot where families and kids hang out, so wouldn't there have been witnesses or at least someone who might recall something unusual that day? It’s unsettling to think about how a person can just disappear like that in broad daylight. I wonder if there were ever any credible sightings or if anyone else was reported missing around the same area during that time. Maybe there's a detail, however small, that was overlooked? There’s got to be something that can help shed new light on her case. Anyone heard of similar stories or connections in the region around that time?
